It's been awhile since we've been around to chat so I thought I'd stop in to bring everybody up to speed as to what's happened in QN land over the last month or so....
We're still down there in the studio plugging away. Making good progress, and we are tracking to have it mastered by the end of March. And then after that it's on to the presses. Steve is really showing his skills on the packaging of this CD. He's given us great idea after great idea and we're in the final stages of making the final decision on what we will look like at retail. I have only been more impressed and excited as this whole process has evolved. As I've said before, this CD will be incredible, but you know what I'm even more excited about than the release of this CD? I'll tell ya....
The NEXT CD!! Over the last few months we've all been bringing ideas in and the collaboration is turning out some monster ideas. Should me make a double CD? Hmm, probably not. Not yet. It has been such a relief to hear these new ideas. Makes me want to get this CD out and go right into making another. We'll see what happens there.
But by far the highlight was Sam and Eden's marriage ceremony last Saturday. For all of you there, you know how fun it was. Got to meet some good people, drink some hoppy beer(although lesson to all out there, do not drink beer and eat carrots). Come talk to me if you need the full story. The ceremony was very brief but it covered all the important pieces. Good times good times, glad I was invited.

The hop festival in Hubbard on July 21st. We'll be playing a two hour set so make sure to come out. You'll hear some of our tunes, some covers, and then hopefully some of those tunes that will be on our sophomore disc.
